The building opened as a pub in late 2008 as BAR EDEN. On 27th January 2012 this became the TERRACE BAR & GRILL, which soon closed down after running into trouble with Coventry City Council in 2012 following noise complaints from residents in nearby Hill Street. It became the ARTISAN bar and grill, a trendy bar and steak-house, in April 2013.
