In 2010, "after a string of serious assaults and suspected gun crime" (www.coventrytelegraph.net) and losing it's alcohol license, Dee McLaughlin took over the running of the pub, planning to re-open under a new name in November 2010. This appears not to have happened, and it became an Italian coffee shop until re-opening in June 2017 as THE YARD after a major refurbishment. | |||
